Host Minecraft with Paper, Geyser, and Floodgate on your PC
Put Paper on a Windows PC, add Geyser and Floodgate so phones and consoles join the same world, forward two ports, whitelist friends by name.

Put the free Steam dedicated server on a Windows PC, set a join password, forward UDP 16261 and 16262, start from Steam, friends join by IP.

Host a Valheim dedicated server on your PC
Steam Tools dedicated server, a copy of start_headless_server.bat, UDP 2456 and 2457, a required password of at least 5 characters. Ten players is the cap. Do not pin a build.
