Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy or run a Pass with OmniPass. They cover the Pass app at omnipass.gg and this wiki at read.omnipass.gg.

Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Joseph Clover, trading as OmniPass, in the United Kingdom. They apply to https://omnipass.gg (the Pass app) and https://read.omnipass.gg (this wiki).
English law, of England and Wales, applies. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

What a Pass is
A Pass is a rented game-server slot that we run for you. You must own a legitimate copy of any game you run on it.
We host vanilla and known-to-work setups. We do not promise every mod, every publisher build, or every combination of plugins.
When you have a Pass, you get a hostname under play.omnipass.gg.
Buying a Pass
You buy a Pass through Polar. The price is what Polar shows at checkout, in GBP.
Checkout can refuse when we are full. That is fail-closed: we would rather say no than oversell a slot. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase and does not reserve a Pass.
Freeze
If you freeze a paying Pass, we keep the world. The live slot may be used for someone else until you thaw. Thaw needs spare capacity; we cannot promise an immediate slot when the floor is full.
What you must not do
Do not use the service for crime, attacks, illegal content, or to break a game publisher's terms. We can suspend a Pass or delete a world that breaks this.
Worlds, snapshots, and loss
You are responsible for what you put on the server: saves, anything you install where we allow it, and what players do on your world.
We snapshot on freeze and backup as the product does. We are not liable for lost progress beyond reasonable effort to restore our own snapshots.
Availability
There is no uptime SLA. Game publishers, SteamCMD, and your internet can fail without that being our breach. We will use reasonable effort to keep your world running.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel through your OmniPass account or Polar. Fees already paid are not refunded except where UK consumer law requires it.
Age
You must be 18, or have a parent or guardian buy and run the Pass.
Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the top is the current version. We will note material changes on this page.
